The items you store are not covered by our insurance. You may want to check coverage with your homeowner's or renter's policy. It is your responsibility to insure the contents of your unit.
Payments can be made in person, mailed, or called in. We accept cash, money order, check, or debit / credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). You can also sign up for automatic billing. With automatic billing, your credit card is charged on your due date.
Your due date is determined on the day you rented the unit. Example: If you rent a storage unit on the 15th your payment due date will always be on the 15th. There is a ten day grace period.
You will not be required to pay a deposit or administration fee at execution of the lease. Just provide a valid drivers license and the first month's rent to get started.
